At Racket Fits, we are committed to delivering high-quality padel gear quickly and reliably. Below is our shipping policy designed to provide a simple and transparent experience for our customers.

1. Shipping Areas and Costs

We ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Orders $99 and Over: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders Under $99: $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

We process orders every business day to ensure your gear gets to you as fast as possible.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) EST.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

    • Note: Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Transit Time: 3–6 Business Days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 Business Days from the date of purchase.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to location or carrier-specific delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Because we utilize multiple fulfillment centers to provide the widest selection of gear, your order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

5. Shipping to Hotels

We can ship to hotels; however, Racket Fits is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages once delivered to the hotel front desk. Please coordinate with your hotel prior to ordering.

6. Cancellations and Address Errors

  • Cancellations: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy once the item arrives.

  • Address Errors: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipment fees.
